The Coordination and Admissions Committee of BME Growth has submitted to the Board of Directors a favourable report on CUATROOCHENTA, following a thorough review of all the information presented by the company.
CUATROOCHENTA is the first company to join BME Growth from the Pre-Market Environment. This BME programme leads companies through their way to the stock market, providing them with training and assistance in their process of adaptation before they come to market. This initiative currently comprises 16 enterprises and 15 partners who contribute to the companies’ training.
CUATROOCHENTA will carry out a new shares offering in the next few days. Once completed, it will publish an annex to the Informative Document with the outcome of the transaction. The company's Board of Directors plans to take the offer price of the capital increase as the reference price for the start of trading.
