BME Growth today welcomed PARLEM TELECOM COMPANYIA DE TELECOMUNICACIONS, during an event held in the Barcelona stock exchange. The traditional bell ringing ceremony was led by Ernest Pérez-Mas, founder and CEO of the company, who was accompanied by Eduardo Ansaldo, Chairman of the Barcelona stock exchange, and Jesús González Nieto-Márquez, General Manager of BME Growth.
The company, which is the second to enter BME Growth from the Pre Market Environment, set a reference value for each of its shares of 2.83 euros, giving it a total value of 45.3 million euros.
The bell ringing, which is the third to be held in BME Growth this year, was held with all security measures in place due to the health restrictions imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic.
“It is a pleasure to welcome Parlem Telecom to BME Growth, the third listing on this BME market that we celebrate in 2021. It is very positive that more and more companies are deciding to come to market to find the visibility, access to investors and reputation that it brings," said Jesús González Nieto-Márquez, General Manager of BME Growth.
