The Market Coordination and Incorporations Committee believes that SERESCO will meet the requirements to list on BME Growth.
The Board of Directors of the company, which will be the thirteenth to join this market, has taken a price of 3.70 euros per share as the reference price for the start of trading, thus giving the company a total valuation of 35.5 million euros. This price coincides with that agreed in the last capital increase carried out by the company just before its incorporation to the market.
The company's Registered Advisor is VGM Advisory Partners while Solventis will act as Liquidity Provider.
SERESCO is a technology company providing solutions in IT infrastructure and systems, digital transformation, payroll and personnel administration.
