GREENING GROUP will carry out two share subscription offers. Once completed, it will publish an addendum to the Information Document with the result of the offers. The Company's Board of Directors intends to take the subscription price of the offers as a reference for the commencement of share trading.
The Market Coordination and Incorporations Committee considers that GREENING GROUP will meet the requirements for its incorporation to BME Growth.
The Registered Advisor of the company is GVC Gaesco Valores, while Banco Sabadell will act as Liquidity Provider.
