The Board of Directors of the Market has approved the listing of ENERGÍA, INNOVACIÓN Y DESARROLLO FOTOVOLTAICO 2(EiDF), following a thorough review of all the information presented by the company and after the favourable assessment report on its listing issued by the Coordination and Admission Committee.
The company, which is the fifth to list on BME Growth in 2021, is scheduled to start trading on 7 July 2021.
The Board of Directors of the company has set a reference value for each of its shares of 4.20 euros, which brings the total value to 57 million euros.
The trading code will be “EiDF”. The company’s Registered Adviser and Liquidity Provider is Singular Bank.
EiDF began its trajectory in 2008. It has a presence throughout Spain, specialising in photovoltaic solar energy installations through the construction, installation, promotion, operation and maintenance of all types of solar energy installations, photovoltaic, as well as studies and projects related to them.
