The Board of Directors of the Market has approved the listing of ENERSIDE ENERGY, following a thorough review of all the information presented by the company and after the favourable assessment report on its listing issued by the Coordination and Admission Committee.
ENERSIDE ENERGY is the fourth company to join BME Growth from the Pre-Market Environment. This BME programme accompanies enterprises on their way to the stock markets with training and assistance as they adapt to come to the market. This programme keeps making progress and already 40 companies (20 companies and 20 partners) have already joined the acceleration and growth project.
Trading in the company, which is the first to join BME Growth this year, will begin on Friday, March 4th.
The company's Board of Directors has set a reference value for each of its shares of 5.46 euros, which is the subscription price of the capital increases carried out by the company, giving a total valuation of the company of 203.79 million euros.
The company’s ticker symbol will be “ENRS”. The company’s Registered Adviser is Renta 4 Corporate while Renta 4 Banco will act as Liquidity Provider.
