BME Growth welcomes Energy Solar Tech

Alberto Hernández Poza, CEO, and Abel Martún Sánchez, COO

  • It becomes the thirteenth company to enter this market in 2022 and the sixth to make the leap from the Pre-Market Environment.

BME Growth today welcomed ENERGY SOLAR TECH. The traditional ringing of the bell at the Madrid Stock Exchange was led by Alberto Hernández Poza, CEO and co-founder of the company, and Abel Martín Sánchez, COO and co-founder, who were accompanied by Jesús González, managing director of BME Growth.

The company is the thirteenth to join this BME market so far this year and the sixth to make the leap from the Pre-Market Environment, BME's training programme to prepare companies to join the financial markets. The reference value of its shares is 3.12 euros, which means a total valuation of the company of 64.5 million euros.

"The arrival of Energy Solar Tech further strengthens the presence of the renewable energy sector with a technology component in BME Growth, allowing this market to be a true reflection of the diversity and innovation of the Spanish business ecosystem. We are particularly pleased that there are now six companies joining the SME stock exchange from the Pre-Market Environment, which consolidates this programme as a market entry route for small and medium-sized enterprises," said Jesús González.

The company has started trading under the ticker symbol "ETC".
