- It becomes the fifteenth company to enter this market in 2022
BME Growth today welcomed atSistemas. José Manuel Rufino Fernández, CEO of the company, and Miguel Ángel Sacristán Salvador, CSO, were accompanied by Jesús González, Managing Director of BME Growth, at the traditional ringing of the bell.
The company, which is the fifteenth to debut on this market so far this year, established a reference value for its shares of 3.04 euros, which represents a total valuation of the company of 152 million euros.
"The addition of atSistemas further reinforces the digital and innovative character of BME Growth, a benchmark market for investors interested in small and medium-sized companies. Despite the complex context, 2022 has been a good year for BME Growth, with 15 debut companies and financing of €863 million for companies listed on the SME stock exchange," says Jesús González.
The company has started trading under the ticker "ATSI".
