BME Growth's companies have outperformed with significant growth in the main financial indicators in the first half of the year, despite the complex environment due to Russia's war in Ukraine, the energy crisis and rising inflation. The figures confirm the recovery of the companies that make up the SME stock market so far this year.

BME Growth companies' turnover rose 62.5% in the first six months of the year to 2.5 billion euros. EBITDA (576 million, up 47.4%) and headcount (24,618, up 30%) also rose sharply.

"Being a listed company allows companies to grow and finance their projects, which leads to greater job creation and greater success in their activities. These data show that being part of the SME stock market takes companies to a new dimension", says Jesús González, Managing Director of BME Growth.

After adding 15 new companies so far this year, this BME market now has 134 companies.
