The Board of Directors of BME Growth has approved the listing of IFLEX on 30th November, after analyzing and studying all the documentation submitted by the company and the favourable evaluation report issued by the Market Coordination and Listing Committee.
The Board of Directors of the company, which is the tenth company to join this BME market in 2023, has taken a reference price of 2,02 euros per share, which coincides with the price of the share subscription offer prior to incorporation and implies a total valuation of the company of 12.2 million euros.
The company's trading code will be "IFLEX". The company's Registered Advisor is DCM Asesores, while Renta 4 will act as Liquidity Provider.
IFLEX focuses its activity on the printing of materials mainly for pharmaceutical articles on aluminium substrates and the printing of flexible packaging and sleeves mainly used in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.
