Company Profile

ADVERO Properties Socimi S.A. was established in August 2017 with a strong social mission: to facilitate access to quality rental housing in middle-income areas in Spain. 

ADVERO was born in response to the socio-economic change in recent years, which has generated a significant increase in the demand for rental housing compared to the traditional model of property ownership.   

At the time of joining BME Growth, ADVERO's portfolio consisted of five buildings with a total of 76 flats, located in municipalities in the first beltway of Barcelona (Rubí, Sabadell and Terrassa).  Subsequently, the Company has continued its growth in other regions of Spain such as Madrid and Malaga. The company has incorporated 3 assets in Madrid (Puente de Vallecas and Tetuán) with a total of 50 flats and 2 assets in Málaga (Barrio de la Trinidad) with 32 flats. The Company has also acquired its sixth asset in Catalonia (Martorell) with 16 flats. It is currently analysing the incorporation of new buildings throughout Spain.

The properties within ADVERO’s portfolio have an average age of less than ten years and top quality finishings. The company maintains total control over the buildings, which in turn facilitates the creation of a cohesive community of residents and the offer of additional services that are adapted to the tenants’ needs and purchasing power. 

Due to its still small size, ADVERO articulates its management by outsourcing all services to companies with a solid track record, that are also committed to ADVERO. The management of these services is led by Adequita Capital Ltd., ADVERO’s promoter and management company. This gives ADVERO a flexible management structure that is adaptable to the company’s growth, thus protecting the return on investment for shareholders. 

The focus in municipalities or secondary neighbourhoods and middle-income residents allows ADVERO to provide a highly suitable investment vehicle for investors interested in hedging against the risk of long-term inflation.
