ASGARD INVESTMENT HOTELS SOCIMI is a patrimonial society, Spanish and Norwegian capital, which aims at investment in hotels in the main Spanish tourist areas to be rented either to hotel chains or to highly specialized managers in this type of asset. The company offers its shareholders and investors the opportunity to obtain a minimum return guaranteed by leasing contracts and, furthermore, also be participants on a percentage of the income earned in the various hotels included in the portfolio. Always with the guarantee of hotels carefully chosen for their location and potential profitability in the medium and long term.
The Company will continue its growth through the purchase of various hotels thanks to the management and foundational team experience in such operations and the various opportunities emerging in the market. This growth will be made through a weighted mix of debt and other bank financing and own resources obtained through a program of successive capital increases, which will be used to finance this ambitious growth plan.
