ATOM HOTELES SOCIMI S.A Is a Spanish Real Estate Investment Company, registered as a SOCIMI (Sociedad Anónima de Inversión Inmobiliaria), (Spanish REIT), focused on touristic Real Estate Assets. It was founded in January, 2018 by Bankinter and Global Myner Advisors Capital Invest, S.L.

The company’s purpose is the acquisition, management and promotion of real estate assets for rental.

Since its foundation, the company’s strategy is based on creating an adequate portfolio of urban and vacational Hotels, leased to the more suitable Operators regarding each particular site and Asset.

The lease agreements are defined by a variable lease structure with a minimum guaranteed, stress less for the right management of the Assets. Besides, they foresee conditions that bring to the portfolio a big resilience in situations of change, giving stability and providing security to its investors.
