Company Profile

Castellana Properties is a Listed Corporation for Investment in the Real Estate Market founded in 2015 and specialised in the acquisition, active management and refurbishment of properties in the retail sector. The company has been listed on BME Growth since 25 July 2018.

Its property portfolio comprises 21 shopping centres and retail parks in Spain and Portugal with a combined gross lettable area of 540,042 sqm and is valued at around €1,734 million. These assets are located in Asturias, Castilla y León, Extremadura, Madrid, Andalusia, Murcia and the Valencian Region in Spain, and in Lisbon, Sintra, Funchal (Madeira) and Porto in Portugal.

Castellana Properties has been assigned a Fitch BBB- Investment Grade rating, with a ratings outlook of positive. It has once again been recognised at the European Public Real Estate Association EPRA BPR and sBPR Gold Awards and holds a five-star GRESB rating. All of its properties are BREEAM-certified and aligned with the EU Taxonomy. The company has also been awarded the Great Place to Work® certification, with an employee trust index of 89%.
