(CCPR ASSETS ). The investment is carried out in consolidated commercial areas, with first-class tenants, high management required and an average maturity period of 5 to 7 years. The company´s main target are high street retail assets and the management has been delegated to the management company CORPFIN CAPITAL REAL ESTATE PARTNES, S.L.
