Emperador Properties SOCIMI S.A.  is a real estate investment company under the SOCIMI regime. It is dedicated to investment in real estate assets in Spain. Its business focuses on the acquisition and management of prime properties, especially office rental, flexible spaces and retail.

The assets of Emperador Properties SOCIMI are focused on the creation of long-term value. As part of its strategy, the company pays special attention to ESG criteria, both in governance and social aspects. This includes specific activities and policies related to the different target groups where the environmental issue is more relevant. In addition to this, the portfolio of assets of Emperador Properties REIT contributes to the development of the cities and communities where they are in, both in terms of creation of employment and revitalisation of financial areas, as well as attracting investment.

Initially set up as a family company of a property nature and with Philippine capital, obtaining sustainability certificates is key for Emperador Properties, as the company wants not just to obtain the sustainability standards of its assets, but also to reinforce its commitment to CSR. A commitment focused mainly on the protection of the environment and the well-being of those who work in any of its assets.

The company has its own Property Management team which allows it to offer top quality services. Among its assets, Torre Emperador Castellana and Torre Diagonal One stand out.
