NEXT POINT CAPITAL SOCIMI, S.A. (hereinafter "NEXT POINT CAPITAL" or "the Group") is a Real Estate investment fund founded in 2018, which specializes in the acquisition, renovation and improvement of residential properties, located in the city centers of the main metropolises of Spain.

The Company invests in residential assets that are suitable for a wide range of consumers (short-stay tourism, students, local residents as well as families) and in elderly centers which are managed through professional operators under long term, triple-net lease agreements.

All acquisitions are carefully studied and involve a comprehensive market research and analysis as well as a detailed development, financing and exit plans which are tailored to its specific characteristics and potential.

NEXT POINT CAPITAL’s Board of Directors has a team of professionals with recognized prestige in the field of real estate investment and asset management, and is successfully managed by a multidisciplinary professional team with impressive experience and proven track record in the real estate investments domain. Working in full collaboration and empowering each other, this team is well positioned to handle and take advantage of the opportunities arising in the challenging and ever-changing markets of today, and to capitalize on it.

NEXT POINT CAPITAL operates in an efficient cost model where all employees and consultants work at a fixed salary including Value B and J RE, S.L who advises the group on identifying opportunities, analysing their feasibility and developing strategic alliances with recognized partners. To do this, the group has an extensive network of specialized contacts in the sector that facilitates finding opportunities below the market price.

The fund’s underlying objective is to create a portfolio of diversified multipurpose assets, spread geographically and over different sectors, with the goal to optimize their performance and maximize their value for the investors. This is achieved by thorough analysis and asset identification, below market value acquisition, asset improvement on a controlled budget and lean and efficient management. 

NEXT POINT CAPITAL plans to expand its current portfolio by investing in an ongoing process of acquiring new properties in the coming years.
