Enerside is a vertically integrated platform specialized in the development, construction, operation and maintenance of renewable energy projects. Founded in 2007, Enerside has a strong track record in development, with more than 6.8 GW of solar photovoltaic generation projects under management, where 4.2GW have been developed in-house, and 2.6GW were inorganically incorporated in two M&A transactions in Italy. These Italian assets are part of a joint venture in which Enerside holds a majority stake.
The company has an international presence in high-growth markets in the solar PV industry, including Italy, Brazil, Spain and Chile. €329m of assets under management, diversified geographically and by maturity.
Enerside is present at all stages of PV plant development, enabling it to capture the value generated throughout the life of the projects. The year 2023 marks a milestone for the company in its transition to IPP, having completed the construction and connection of its first solar parks in Chile and Brazil.
