GOP Properties SOCIMI (GOP) is a Real Estate Investment Trust, that has been recently created (October 2016). Even that, it takes advantage of dilated years of experience of the Management Team and the Board of Directors, not only in the Property and Real Estate business, but also in the construction and financial business.
With a long term strategy, its corporative philosophy concentrates on the optimization of its solid asset portfolio, with a strong diversification in the Spanish market. Then GOP strategy is not focus in growth, but in the optimization of the assets, adding value and profitability to the portfolio and also to de investors.
