Inversa Prime SOCIMI, S.A. is the first real estate investment vehicle dedicated to the residential market for the elderly. Inversa Prime's activity is the commercialization of reverse housing, which allows senior citizens to monetize the savings accumulated in their home while keeping the right to live in the property. Reverse housing is instrumented through the acquisition of the home from senior citizens and the simultaneous signing of a lifetime rental contract.

Inversa Prime's investment strategy is focused on investing in highly liquid assets located in prime areas of the main Spanish cities. Madrid and Barcelona currently account for more than 98% of total investment.

Inversa Prime seeks to respond to a growing social need by offering a fair, flexible and transparent solution to sellers and an attractive return to investors. All of this, with the objective of becoming the reference in the market for the purchase of homes for the elderly thanks to what we consider to be the best alternative for the monetization of housing.
