Company Profile

Inversa Prime SOCIMI, S.A. is the first real estate investment vehicle dedicated to the residential market for the elderly. Inversa Prime's activity is the commercialization of reverse housing, which allows senior citizens to monetize the savings accumulated in their home and maintain the usufruct for life. Reverse housing is instrumented through the acquisition of the home from senior citizens and the simultaneous signing of a lifetime rental contract.

Inversa Prime's assets are located in prime areas of the main provincial capitals, maintaining an investment portfolio balance of 60%-70% of the portfolio in Madrid and 20% of the portfolio in the main provincial capitals, while the remaining 10%-20% is dedicated to investments in areas with high appreciation potential.

Inversa Prime seeks to respond to a growing social need by offering a fair, flexible and transparent solution to sellers and an attractive return to investors. All of this, with the objective of becoming the reference in the market for the purchase of homes for the elderly thanks to what we consider to be the best alternative for the monetization of housing.
